Privacy

This is the website of Les aventures dels Sants, a family project of audio stories. Here we explain what data is processed when you visit it and when you use our services.

Who is responsible

Les aventures dels Sants. For any question about your data, write to us at hola@aventuresdelssants.com.

Visiting the website and listening to the stories

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising, and we don't ask for any data to listen to the stories.

The website and the audio are served by Cloudflare, which, like any server, receives technical connection data (such as your IP address and browser) in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We don't use it to identify anyone.

Fonts and images are hosted on our own domain: the page loads nothing from Google or other networks.

Donations

Donations are made on the payment platform's page, which processes payment data under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

For each donation we receive what the platform shares with us (usually the name, email and amount) and use it only to manage it, thank you and meet our legal obligations.

Platforms and social networks

Links to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Instagram and other platforms take you to their services, which have their own privacy policies.

The Estudi, our internal tool

We make the episodes with an internal tool, the Estudi, which only we use. With our account, the Estudi accesses the project's Google Drive folder to read the scripts, make the changes we ask for or accept, and save the audio files. It does not access anything else in Drive.

The script text is sent to Anthropic (Claude), to review it and prepare the recording, and to ElevenLabs, to generate the voices and sounds. We keep every version in a private GitHub repository as a history. We don't use Google data for anything else, we don't sell or share it with anyone, and our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete any data we hold about you by writing to hola@aventuresdelssants.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
